| I am a graduate of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute specializing in pastry arts. I am ServSafe Certified as well as licensed by the state of Ohio with a Home Baker's License. At this time I am working from home to help defray Samuel's medical costs. We are available for contract work Starting January 1st, 2009.
